Stella is an AI-powered personal astrology service that provides natal chart readings, daily horoscopes, compatibility analysis, and transit alerts via SMS and messaging platforms. You text Stella with your birth information or a question, and Stella responds with personalized astrological guidance based on your natal chart and current planetary transits. By texting Stella's phone number, you agree to these terms.
To provide personalized readings, Stella collects your birth date, birth time, and birth location. This information is used to generate your natal chart, which is stored securely and used to personalize all subsequent readings, horoscopes, and transit alerts. You may request deletion of your birth data at any time by contacting us.
Message and data rates may apply. Stella does not charge for individual messages beyond the subscription model described below, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Stella is a recurring message program. Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Stella responds to each message you send. Additionally, if you have provided your birth data, Stella will send you a personalized daily horoscope each morning and occasional transit alerts when significant astrological events are approaching. Daily horoscopes are sent to all users regardless of subscription status.
Every user receives 15 free messages per calendar month. Daily horoscopes and transit alerts do not count against this limit. After 15 messages, continued access requires a subscription at $4.99 per month, billed automatically through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link provided by Stella. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You can stop receiving all messages at any time by texting STOP to Stella's number. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent, including daily horoscopes. To resume the service, text START to Stella's number. Note that opting out of messages does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel separately through the subscription management link.
